Do virtual designers dream of electric sheep?
Not so long ago, at the very inflection point between paper and pixels, one company invited visual designers to imagine the future of paper, and showcase how its very physicality could never be duplicated on screen.
I was honored to be invited to provide the verbal counterpoint for two of these powerful projects in a well-known series. While the first focuses on how paper appeals to the senses, the second, ironically, is a guide for visual designers exploring the bright, new, pixellated world of electronic prepress.
